One Sunday night in Austin, Barley Swine isnt open, where to go??????

Had a great meal at Barley Swine and was hoping to return. Only in town for one Sunday night and Barley and Congress are closed on Sundays! Where should I eat?

      I would double check with the restaurant, I have heard through the grapevine that they are opening this Sunday, special for ACL. May be a rumor.

        you could always go to Uchi or Uchiko, both of which are open on Sundays.

        If you are up for casual bistro, you could also try Chez Nous, Justine's, Haddingtons.

          I'll agree with all of these... really solid choices. I'm thinking Haddington's would probably be closest to Barley Swine, but if I had to suggest my rec for some of the most incredible food you'll find here or anywhere, I'd say Uchi.
