Affordable Wine Bar?

Im getting married and I want to host my bridesmaids at a wine bar anywhere in northern VA or DC. I'll be presenting them with their gifts, and just want to treat them to a nice outing.

With all the expenses of the wedding, I don't want to go anywhere too expensive.

We will be 5 or 6 people- I want to get some bottles of wine, with some snacks/apps to go with the wine.

Any places that are good and not too expensive? I'd like to keep the bill under $200 if possible.

Phenomenal list, very heavy on the Italians (which I dig), priced very well. There's also outside seating, if it's the right time of year for that.
