Near the Rose Bowl
We are going to the Texas vs. UCLA football game at the Rose Bowl on Saturday at 12:30 PM with high hopes, but realistic expectations about the outcome! We live on the westside and don't want to fight the post-game traffic jam. We will be parking at Parsons in Pasadena. Any Chowhound recommendations for post-game eateries where we can either celebrate or drown our sorrows in good grub. Thank you, in advance, San Gabriel Valley Hounds.

OK, so you'll be in Old Town. Check out a/k/a Bistro. I've only been there once, but had a really tasty meal that didn't break the bank. Nice wine selection & full bar, yet casual enough for you to be wearing your game day attire. A real gem in Old Town. I can't imagine why anyone would eat at the Cheesecake Factory when this place is basically just across the street.
