Needed: Friday brunch for a special occasion

Can anyone recommend a place that serves brunch on Friday? Even better, a brunch spot that also serves champagne? It's a special occasion. ;)

Friendly Toast in Kendall, cambridge? I would not otherwise recommend it, but we went on the last day of school after a difficult school year around 11, and I had a great mimosa. The place is empty then and serves breakfast all day.

you can also get breakfast all day along with drinks at the S&S in Inman, cambridge, but I'd recommend that even less.

What about Deep Ellum in Allston? Pretty good food in a small pub setting. Their focus is on beer, but they do have wine and champagne, and also some nice cocktails.

I'm not sure how you are defining "brunch" (hours? menu items?), but Henrietta's Table in the Charles Hotel has a great weekday breakfast menu. Certainly fancier than most breakfasts around town and you might be able to swing the champagne thing given their location in the hotel.......
