I from Philly but I travel to Hampton Roads all the time. I know this a weird combination but what are the best Mexican and Pizza joints in the 7 cites?

Jessy's Taqueria is by the far the best Mexican in the area. Its in a rundown strip mall in a very rundown section of Norfolk but the food is outstanding. Most of the staff barely speak English. A very good sign if you ask me. For pizza it depends on your tastes. Primo pizza has a couple of locations and they put out a decent NY style pie.
