Affordable locale for holiday dinner for boisterous group of 15-20???

My office has a holiday party in december and we try to go to a new place every year. The past few years we've gone to Barrio, Bastille, Black Bottle, Tango... and the bill has gotten a little out of control - mostly due to drinks, but also pricey food. This year we're looking for recommendations for places that are a bit more affordable...like $20 for food per person (incl apps and dessert, but not tax or tip), and also affordable drinks (we can skip the $10 margaritas this year, thank you). The other factor is that we are a bit rowdy, so it needs to be a place with some energy. Also, neighborhood is significant - walking distance to aftter dinner bars would be a big bonus. Any suggestions??

I had a fun and decent group dinner at Barolo. Our group is also boisterous and we did not feel disruptive to others. I seem to remember we were in a space that is separated from the main dining room.

What about the Garage? It could be fun for you - perhaps a little to casual, but fun.

Po Dog and the neighboring Auto Battery? Except I don't particularly like the dogs.
