toronto's best/most authentic paella....

who makes it??? i've heard cava and segovia but never been personally, can anyone speak to those 2 or any others?

    I haven't tried Casa Barcelona for at least 5 years, but at the time, it was the best Spanish restaurant we knew. I second TOchowgal on Emprujo Flamenco being not up to par. The only reason to go would be for the Flamenco show which wasn't good either, but I think the only game in town. I remember Torito being recommended as well but I think Casa Barcelona menu offers a lot more variety, especially for Paella.

      Hate to say this but a good paella really doesn't exist in Toronto.

      I'm throwing this out as an option, not as the "best/most authentic"...Casa Barcelona...having not eaten paella in spain (I was not in the appropriate region) I have no idea what authentic is supposed to taste like...

        Do not go to Segovia. I didn't like their Paella at all. I've also tried the Paella at EMBRUJO FLAMENCO and was not a fan.
