Looking to perform a few tricks at my next dinner party.

Anyone know where I can buy Xanthan Gum? Preferably MoCo? Would Mom's Organic carry it? Or even Whole Foods?

It's supposed to be a pretty standard ingredient used to stablize things like salad dressing. I also understand it is used in gluten free baking.

Also looking for Sodium Alginate and Calcium Chloride.

Thanks.

This is where I bought my last order, was happy with everything and the site is a good resource to get you going too. I wasn't able to find anything locally . . .
