tofu noodles

I'm looking for a restaurant that serves a dish using tofu sheets (usually then cut so as to look like noodles). I think it's also called tofu skin or yuba.

Thanks.

Locavore serves an entree with yuba that I think is always on the menu. I haven't tried it but loved the halibut and tomato salad there.

For a non-Asian prep, I had a really nice yuba pappardelle "bolognese" at Gather (in Berkeley), with the noodles made from Hodo Soy yuba. It was the only dish we had at that restaurant that we'd go back for...

Common in Shanghainese restaurants. Shanghai house on Balboa, also Bund Shanghai in Chinatown.

jai yun (expensive) also serves a dish like this, but you can't just order this one dish, you have to order the complete menu for the day.
