Pandan leaves, malaysian (dark) palm sugar and egg white powdered

Thai Hour (Jean-Talon and St-Denis) definitely has fresh pandan leaves.
I bet they have the palm sugar as well - don't know about the powdered egg white, though.

Marché Oriental has pandan essence, not sure if they also have pandan leaves. I know the chef at Nonya restaurant uses the leaves for his pandan creme brulée so it might be worth asking him where he gets his. They may have dark palm sugar at Marché Oriental and almost certainly have the yellow palm sugar. I have substituted maple sugar for dark palm sugar in some recipes and found it to be a tasty local substitute.
