Sydney Fishmongers Suggestions

I'm interested in finding some good sources of fish in Sydney, preferably centrally located, near the CBD or Eastern Suburbs. I haven't been thrilled with my local shopping centre options. The Sydney Fish Market is terrific, but difficult to get to on a regular basis, and frankly too crowded on the weekends. I'd like to find some options that are more accessible, and maybe a fishmonger who can offer guidance on cooking different types of fish.
