Russian Sausage Descriptions [moved from San Franciso Bay Area board]
Does anyone know of a web site (in English) that describes the various varieties of Russian or East European sausages? I recently visited European Foods at the end of Clement St. and was as before amazed at the variety. There's been a slight improvement - the names have been transliterated - so I recognize Polski and Russki, but place names don't tell me much. And so many labeled bologna!
Thanks
