Tuile molds in NYC

I'm looking to buy a tuile mold and I've checked all of the regulars - Williams Sonoma, Sur la Table, BBB, NYCake, Gracious Home, etc. and no luck, so it seems this is a pretty niche item. I've found a few places online which can ship them, but I'm hoping to find one locally so I can use it for a dinner I'm cooking tomorrow. Anyone know of any specialty cooking stores in Manhattan which might sell these?

  1. When I bake tuiles, I cut a mold out of cardboard and it works quite well.

    1. You're probably encountering difficulty finding a tuile mould because it is such a unitasker. All you need is a rounded surface to mould the cookies. I use a wooden spoon.

Not a mold to shape the baked tuiles, but a mold to pour the batter into prior to baking to shape them.

      2. Have you checked with Broadway Panhandler?
