Good Soup To Go Near the Hancock?

Any suggestions for a reliably good bowl of lunch time soup within a reasonable walk of the Hancock Tower? TIA guys.

Keep an eye on the menus of the food trucks in the three parking spots around Copley Square. Some of the chefs are already talking about soup for the cooler months.

Davio's to Go in the lobby of 10 St. James, especially on the days when they're serving kale, white bean, and chorizo.

How about Chinatown? There are lots of great soups there; my favorite is hot and sour which is done well as multiple locations.

That sounds great, but it looks like it's too far away to make it into my regular rotation

Milk Street Cafe should be right across the street (Berkeley). Go a few blocks down Stuart, and you get one of the Viga locations.

Where is there a Milk Street cafe around here? Is it new?

sigh, apparently it's been long enough for my memory to fail me. I'm actually thinking about Rebecca's Cafe on Clarendon. pardon.

I was getting excited for a minute .....

I personally think that Rebecca's has jumped the shark

I may be skewered for this one but honestly the soups at both Souper Salad and Panera aren't the end of the world, and they're both quite close. Blue Glass (inside the tower) also does decent soup, and you don't need to be a building worker to go there.

I'd add Au Bon Pain. Their soups are the best thing they do, IMO.

I like ABP soups as well. Also, Legal's chowder is pretty reliable.
