Brazilian/Argentine Grill Caterer in Miami

I'm getting married some time in the spring and I'm looking for a real authentic Brazilian or Argentine grill caterer. I've seen a couple of Argentine caters (Tony Parrillada and Duny's), but no Brazilian grill caterers. I'm just looking for this person to grill big succulent pieces of high quality meat. Do any of you have any experience with any local companies that do this style of grilling on site?

I used Duny's Party Rental for my wedding less than a month ago and I definitely DO NOT recommend them. They were late with everything, the bartender didn't know what a Shirley Temple was (or any other drink), the servers that I paid for did not serve the food, we ran out of food. Overall, not a pleasant experience.
