Bacon Bacon Truck in Sunnyvale today 9/12

Just thought I'd share what they posted on facebook:

tried bacon bacon once, not impressed. fivetenburger is my fave amongst burgers.
the texture of fiveten and in and out burgers are similar, maybe that's why.

I didn't try their burger but Mr. scarmoza did. It made his top 3 bacon burger list (along with Broken Record and 4505). I had the "Almost Vegetarian" sandwich - which was loaded with bacon, broccoli rabe, red peppers, sriracha, and cheese. If I ever order it again, I'd order without cheese (gets a little gloppy and takes away from bacon flavor). Our friends had the LGBT and the Grilled Cheese and were very content with their sandwiches.

I haven't had a chance to try fiveten yet. Texture and taste-wise, In-N-Out is not my ideal, though. Mission Burger, Rosamunde, Broken Record, and Steakout have the qualities I seek.
