Mom's 90th
My mom is celebrating her 90th B-Day and we trying to plan a lady's lunch for my mom, sister and five of my mothers friends. She lives in Mesa. Nothing too adventuresome...thinking good food and champagne. I seem to remember that the Biltmore had a tea around noon that was nice. Any other thoughts? Thanks in advance for any help.

If you want to go the Tea route I would go for the Phoenician simply because of the great view and good experiences I've had there. They do a Christmas Tea every year that I always go to with my mother and her friends which they always greatly enjoy. As far as lunches maybe give a little more guidance on the type of place....if you're willing to go to the Biltmore I'd look into Arcadia Farms in old town. Arcadia Farms has good food, a rustic farm type setting, and is perfect for a ladies lunch, nice and quiet too. Not the most exciting food but it is basically guaranteed to be a nice atmosphere and well executed.
