Brunch spots playing NFL games on Sunday morning (Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Irvine)

I've been searching everywhere and cannot find a decent restaurant for early Sunday football. I am accompanying my girl friend to an event in north Irvine (near John Wayne airport) beginning at noon, and we're going to get breakfast beforehand. I am looking for a place that is open by 10am so I can catch the games while having a girls' brunch. I understand this may be an impossibility, any suggestions would be appreciated.
