Lunch around the Tucson airport?

I'm returning to Tucson after leaving 2 years ago. I used to really enjoy some good stuff off of 6th north of Valencia. What's good now in the TIA area? Any sushi? Mom and Pop places? Trucks?

Anthing new going south? I heard there was a good place behind a tire store south on Nogales somewhere?

I'm open to suggestions and want to avoid the Desert Diamond buffet and Burger King/McDonald's/etc. on Valencia.

There's a Sachiko restaurant (sushi and other Japanese) on Valencia just east of Country Club. South side of Valencia. It's good, too.
