Center City Dessert?

I searched the board but could not find a good answer. My wife and I would like to go out for dessert either tonight or tomorrow night. She does not drink, but I would probably like to have a beer instead of dessert. Is there somewhere in Center City where she can get an excellent dessert and I can get a great beer?

Thanks for these suggestions! I think we'll go check out Tria. I've heard great things about the budino at Barbuzzo but think we might save that for when we go eat there :)

I second the Budino at Osteria which is even better than Barbuzzo. I would just go there, and have dessert at the bar. Osteria has some great relatively hard to find italian beers.

I love Tria but admittedly their dessert selection is limited I think they have a rotating cake/bread pudding type thing and a grilled panini with nutella or banana. I have them do the nutella and the banana and enjoy it very much but it's no Budino...

Not exactly a dessert place, but Percy St. BBQ has some of the best in town IMO including banana pudding, key lime pie, and pecan pie, all made in house and all very good. And they do serve beer there of course!

Tria usually has good desserts too, but the selection rotates a lot so I don't know what they have right now.

Barbuzzo and Osteria have my favorite desserts (budino) in the city. And the both have a decent beer selection.
