Got my Hatch Green Chiles!

Picked up a case of Hatch Hots at the Woodbridge Wegman's this morning - With a few extra Hots, some Hatch Green Chile Corn Bread, and Chile Cheese Spread for good measure.

I want on Roasting day, which makes it much easier than roasting myself. They will be there tomorrow and next weekend in Fredericksburg:

We got the Hatch rellenos from the prepared foods counter. Pretty darn good. Not so much the Hatch bialy!
