One item at PB Boulangerie ?

Due to extreme , almost daily indulgence at PB on last years' two week visit to the Cape, we are severely limiting our visits this year. So I am obsessing about that one perfect thing to get. I am seriously considering the almond croissant.

If you were limited to one item to buy at PB and eat looking at the ocean, what would it be?

Pain Au Chocolat, every time.

I actually really like the plain croissants, but if I am allowed an accompaniment, I would also bring a jar of reine claude plum jam.

I had a custard slice of something that was pure ambrosia..the white chocolate bread...yumm...raisin danish..wow...raspberry custard brioche..OMGOSH
