3 days in LA area

I have three days in LA (Saturday, Sunday and Monday). I'm looking for recommendations for:
Saturday Lunch- in the Santa Monica Beach/Venice Beach or Getty Museum area.
Sunday Dinner- near Universal Studios Hollywood
Monday Breakfast- Near LAX or Hollywood walk of fame and Chinese Theatre
Monday Lunch- Near Hollywood walk of fame area or San Gabriel valley.

I'm haven't been to LA in over 10 years, so i'm unfamiliar with the recommended "must eat" LA restaurants. I do have Animal and Pinks hot dogs and Pinkberry on my list. Anything else? Thank you!
