I know we have seen it offered a special dessert in Boise. I think it was at Cottonwood grill, but my wife thinks it was Chandler's. Neither has it as a regular item.
You might call both and ask whether they could/would make it as a special request. Many/most restaurants have the ingredients on hand. About all they need is to have or adapt: some kind of cake base, ice cream, egg whites & sugar for the meringue.
I eat out often and don't recall seeing it on a menu here. My mother used to make it and I remember it as not being too hard to make at home. Sorry I couldn't be of more help...
