midtown east and mid budget 'traditional' lunch with a business contact: any ideas?

I need to make a lunch reservation to meet a business contact next week.

mid town east - not too far from Trump Tower if possible
solid/traditional food
somewhere that makes a good impression although I dont want to be thought extravagant
