Anyone know where to find elderberries (fresh or frozen)?

Title pretty much says it all, I've had no luck calling around and I need them for a soup. Any ideas? Thanks.

    I bought them at the Union Square market two weeks ago on Friday. Not sure if they're still in season though.

      Seems like something you would be able to find at the Union Square Market, Whole Foods or Garden of Eden.

        I have never seen them for sale anywhere, but you might want to look around for bushes at the edge of local bike paths and such or anywhere where it would be easy and safe to pick. ( Do not mistake them for Viburnum!) Unfortunately in this area you are perhaps already one week past peak, but you still might find some. The berries were perfectly ripe last weekend for picking at our place in NE Pennsylvania. I should know, I made a nice batch of delicious Elderberry syrup last weekend.
