Nice Lunch Spot in Uptown/Downtown

Looking for recommendations to take a client for a nice lunch near downtown or uptown. Price is not a factor. But the client is older, so it needs to be quiet and low on ambient noise. Any thoughts?

"Stephen Pyles" would be perfect for a business lunch downtown.
And for something off the beaten path but within the realm of your request try "Baboush" in the West Village.
Also, "The Place at Perry's" at the corner of Routh and Cedar Springs would make a good business lunch venue.
As would "Perry's" on McKinney Avenue for that matter.
