Great lunch near LI wineries.
I will be heading out on Long Island for a wine tasting drive. I did this a while ago and had lunch at a great restaurant. The lunch was prix fixed and it was a perfect way to highlight the trip. Sadly, I forgot the name. Any suggestions? Any special places you would recommend?

If you are looking for a nice sit down you could try Luce & Hawkins (in the Jedediah Hawkins inn). Their hours are:
Open Daily
Dinner Thursday-Monday
5:30 pm-10:00 pm
Friday through Monday Lunch
11:00 am-2:30 pm
Tuesday & Wednesday
All day Menu
noon to 8 pm

Normally I don't sit down for lunch - - - I usually grab some cheeses from the Cheese Shop on Love Lane and find a picnic table at one of the wineries.
