Has anyone tried Provence Marinaside or Bao Bei lately?

I am taking a friend out for her birthday. I haven't been to Provence in a long time and was curious about the tomato festival menu. Has anyone tried it lately or the tomato menu? The other restaurant I am considering is Bao bei. When it first opened, I liked it and then when I went back not so much. Any new reviews? Thanks!

I haven't been to Provence M'side since spring for brunch/lunch. It was just okay, and the fries were dreadful, which is kinda sad in a French resto. I'm wondering what the tomato fest would be like this year in particular. We've had no really good local tomatoes this year, I presume because of the cold and unsunny early summer. Do report back if you go.

Bao Bei is closed for renovations. Not sure when they're re-opening.

Their website says they're closed from the 5th to the 11th.
