BBQ Chow find in Keene!!

It's a little out of the way, but there is a guy serving bbq in Keene (north side of rice lake) at a place called Muddy's Pit BBQ that is exceptional. He serves a brisket sandwich that is second to none. Only open wed. to sat. 11 to 8.

I've attached some photos of Muddy's Pit BBQ in Keene. It is a true BBQ Shack. Open end of April to the end of December. We use hardwood maple with no propane or gas to give it an authentic taste sticking to Beef Brisket, Ribs, Pulled Pork, and Hot Links.
