Hidden Secret- Kate and Ally's in Forked River NJ

Few people seem to know about this hidden gem, yet the place is always full, kind of like a favorite fishing spot that you don't want everybody to know about. The food is consistently very good. They get it right every single time; no exceptions and that is very rare for this area. The service is excellent and the specials always a treat (but be sure to ask for the price on the specials). To highlight any one dish on the menu would be to ignore the rest of the tasty treats. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING on the menu here is wonderful.

Shame it seems that during the winter they are only open Thr-Sat, and never for lunch. I've driven by there so many times, always assumed they only catered.

No secret....... I have been to many picnics in Gilles park catered by Kate and Ally's they always did a good job and food was very good....so I would assume the restaurant is of the same quality.
