Jane has a private room, and their brunch is quite good.

      Jane - basement room
      The Smith - basement room
Blue Ribbon Bakery (though I think they may max out at 12 -- call to check)
      'inoteca - wine cellar
      Public -- semi-private wine room
      Stanton Social -- upstairs lounge
Freemans -- though I think they may have changed their policy recently and now require a minimum

A friend did a birthday brunch at Via Della Pace in the East Village a few months back. The food was decent, if nothing special, prices were good, and they had a nice downstairs space that our group of 15-16 or so was able to have all to ourselves.
