I brought home a dozen mussels last night from the gigantic meal we had last night. What can I do with them? Reheat? Eat cold? Pitch 'em?

If you don't eat them today, toss them. But, I like a mussel salad with vinigrette, cuke, tomatoes, green onions...
I've eaten them both cold and reheated.If you reheat in the microwave though, don't overdo it.
In any case, they do taste great cold.
