Fun, affordable restaurant for a bachelorette party
We are throwing a bachelorette party for my sister-in-law who's 28. Initially we were looking at AsiaSF but it might be too pricey for the girls, who are mostly in their twenties ($50 prix-fixe plus 20% service charge, 4% healthy SF, and ~9% tax..with a couple of drinks it will probably be closer to $100/pp).
Any ideas for a restaurant with great food and a fun vibe where we can keep the costs to say, $50-60/pp including a drink or two? We'll probably have around 8-10 people in our party.
In Eastern SF... Bistro Aix, maybe? Though perhaps a little too calm for your night out. Mamacita's might take party's that size? As might Delarosa which is quite excellent for what it is, but it is very casual. Helmand Palace is my go-to in your price range and could accomodate your group, but it is very quiet. I cannot really think of any places downtown or in the Mission that I know of that I could reccomend...
IF you can make it out to the Richmond, Troya is your best bet, hands down, imo. Exceptional food, well within your price range, fun. I'm just rarely out that way, but I make special trips just to eat there -- best Turkish food I've had in CA.

I love Limon Rotisserie or Beretta for parties. Both are reasonably priced and accommodating to large groups! Have fun!
