Underhills in Bronxville. Beautiful environment, great food and service. Spectacular changing floral display at the bar.

re: laylag
Start off with the oysters, always sparklingly fresh, always a nice variety. I start with 1/2 dozen.
Pierogis are really nice, with crumbled bacon; Chicken "lollipops" really unique, buffalo sauce and mozz. Occasionally they have a Pork loin special that's to die for. We also love the Kobe Short Ribs. Occasionally we start with the greek salad, very generous portion, just the right combinations of key ingredients.
They usually have fish specials. We have enjoyed Seared Yellowfin Tuna, with a great peppercorn crust. Lamb Chops are very good. That's the end of my memory of what we have eaten there, although I'm sure I've left something out. Usually too full for dessert, but big eaters tell me that they are usually excellent.
We've always enjoyed the place, it's a very good choice in Westchester.

We just recenly celebrated ours at X20. Hadn't been in some time and were reminded that it can be a VERY pleasant experience (just a pain in the neck to get to and from our house,) Food and service were excellent but not at all stuffy. And the view is, of course, terrific.
