Best Panini in Minneapolis/St.Paul?

I love a good panini. As I love to master them myself at home, I'm always in search of a great panini to aspire too. After I tried Caribou Coffee's newest attempt at fast casual food, I was appalled at their obviously miscalculated bread choice (I shouldn't be surprised) and realized I had never experienced a really great panini outside of the home. Wondering if anyone has found a truly outstanding panini?

buon giorno has them and they look good but to be honest I always get the pasta there:)

Thanks for the responses- I'll try Coffee News, sounds like nice combinations. Although I should retract my Caribou comment, as now that I think about it, I'm not sure it was an actual panini. They call it a 'grilled' sandwich, but I think they warmed it up in a microwave.

I had a Turkey Apple Bacon panini from D. Brians last week that was surprisingly really good. I even went back for another one a few days later.

I want to root for Caribou - it is homegrown, and my son worked there in high school. That said, they seem to shoot themselves in the foot regularly.

Coffee News on Grand Avenue in Saint Paul has some nice ones. Brie and apple is very good, as is the turkey, mascarpone, and pear (I think?).

The Elian Gonzalez is a "Cubanesque" panini at Buster's on 28th with the obvious ingredients - ham, roast pork, cheese pickle and mustard. Funny name aside, it's an excellent sandwich, since the Cuban lends itself so well to a variation on a panini.
