Canning/Preserving Classes in NYC area

Does anyone know of any good ones? I know Brooklyn Kitchen has one but it doesnt look like there are any coming up. I have been wanting to learn how to do this for a while... please help me out! Thanks in advance.

    There is a pickling class still open on Sept 26th that I am going to at Brooklyn Kitchen.

      Thanks MsAlyp! I am more looking for canning jams and things like that, but I did see that class online. Maybe Ill see ya there!
