Interested in eating at Moustache

We will be in Paris next month for 4 nights in the Marais and are looking forward to eating at Cafe Des Musees and Les Papilles (love that I can reserve online), both places we ate in this May and enjoyed. After scouring the chowhound boards, Moustache has really emerged as an interesting place to try. Will we need to reserve beforehand for an Oct 20th visit? Is there an online reservation option? Le Philou and Rino also sound good. Are they similar to Moustache?

I am also interested in finding out about Frenchie's wine bar. I believe the location is across the street from the restaurant and it is simply walk-ins. If someone has eaten there, I would love to hear what they serve and if it will suffice for a dinner meal. Thanks!
