The best and biggest slices of pizza in Brooklyn, NY?

Where can I go to find the biggest slices of pizza in Brooklyn, NY? I'm a guy, big eater, with a big
appetite. Please help. Slices so big, it's over taking the paper plates, Besides Koronet Pizza in Harlem. I know that ain't the only place to get the largest slice. How is Elegante Pizzeria and Empire
Slice Pizza? Are those slices of pizza so big? please help me.

Is Koronet still there? I remember that place when I was at Columbia. Awful pizza. The only thing it had was size. Huge slice of bad pizza. If you ordered a whole pie, they had to fold the sides over to make it fit in the box. The only thing that made it edible was all the beer that went with it. Blech.

Yes, the pizza at Koronet wasn't great, but late at night, drunk, with only a $1.25 in my pocket, it always hit the spot. I remember it fondly, but I'm not sorry I don't eat it anymore.

BIG slices and pies are found in New Jersey.
There's a place on Washington Street in Hoboken with gigantors, forgot the name(maybe Ben's?).
I agree with the above 'Hounds...or buy a few and bring glue.

Regarding Tony Manero, he got them at Lenny's which is the only business in the opening scene that's still there. They must be doing something right.

While Elegante is a bit above average in terms of size, I wouldn't put them in the "giant" class. I don't have any specific reccomendations for Brookyln, but the Bronx is FULL of places like what you're describing. Yankee JZ in Soundview is the best I've found, but there is also Cross Bronx Pizza, Circle Pizza, Jasper's, Dominick's, 3 Boys from Italy, and several others. Also in Manhattan is Pizza Palace in Inwood, where the slices are also very thick.

Beware though: in the case of this style, bigger is not necessarily better.
