What's on your menu for labor day?

It's been so hot here in the midwest that I decided to do a shrimp boil for the Holiday this year. Now I find out that it's going to be a high of 67 here on Monday. We'll still be eating outdoors, but we will need a jacket! What are the rest of you cooking ? I'm wondering if the menus vary from area to area? Share please!

We're having 8 for dinner outside tomorrow. Basically an Italian meal to avoid having to use the grill. Will start with bowls of small clams steamed with garlic, olive oil and white wine. Then a big platter of roasted peppers, eggplant, heirloom tomatoes, fennel, olives and arugula along with foccacia. Main course is Pasta Bolognese. Desert a nectarine cake with vanilla ice cream.

I'm making lasagna using Hazan's Bolognese because it's my dad's birthday request. I'll probably do some interesting salads with all of the bounty from the farmer's market and an ice cream cake for dessert. It is a testament to my relationship with my dad that I'm doing the lasagna because it was about 90 degrees today and I'm sweating buckets! My dad's the best:-)
