Londonderry, NH--any place for dinner?

We are meeting friends for dinner before an early (7PM) concert at Tupelo and would like a place close by. Luciano's is closed on Sundays, and the last time we met at a place called The Coach House and it was just terrible. I know there are a few other places on 102 but know nothing about them. I would even take acceptable Chinese food or pizza at this point. Any suggestions?

  1. How about The Homestead? I think the website

Another choice would be Avandi's for pizza.

The Homestead moved to Merrimack--and the Coach House is now there. We went there last time and the food was awful--frozen iceberg salad, overcooked veggies-ugh. Thanks for the pizza tip!

Did you mean the Homestead was awful, or the coach House?

Sorry, The Coach Stop--in Londonderry. I would never go back. Since we often go to concerts at Tupelo we are always looking for places and have not had good luck. Last week I accidentally stumbled upon Prosciutto's Pizza, and it wasn't bad. Obviously a place popular with the locals--they were doing a ton of takeout business and everyone seemed to be greeted like family. Our subs were quite good and the people there were friendly.

    2. Across the street from the Coach is a strip mall with a modest looking Asian restaurant called Jay House. The food is decent, and the prices are very reasonable. In addition to having lunch Bento boxes, they also have them for dinner as well.

      1. I have been wanting to try Harold Square in Londonderry but haven't yet. I've heard good things...

        1. Found a decent pizza place in a strip mall almost across the street from Tupelo called Prosciutto's Pizza. Noticed lots of police officers getting their to-go's there. Pizza and salad were good. (Warning--calzones are big enough to split.) Very friendly staff.

          1. On the other side of Rt. 93 in Derry is a place I've been wanting to try - Juliano's Pizzeria. Family run, looks great!
