Anything like Jim N' Nicks in Knoxville?

My niece and her husband live in Knoxville. We live in Alabama. Just found out that he LOVES Jim N' Nicks, so we said we'd bring some next time we visit. Problem is, we'd have to buy it the day before and it wouldn't be so great when we eat it for dinner. I'm thinking Knoxville must have something similar. They haven't lived there long enough to know what all is there, so can someone help me out?
