Where to Buy Frisee?

I've been looking for Frisee lettuce in the Annapolis area all summer. Can't find it at Whole Foods, Fresh Market, Trader Joes, or anywhere. I could last summer, but not this year. Anyone know where to get it?

  1. I've seen it at Whole Foods on P Street in DC. Maybe call Whole Foods and see if they can order it for you.

    2. If you have an H Mart, or another Korean grocer, you have a good chance of finding it there. My local H Mart has it.

      1. I think local lettuce will start showing up in farmers markets again in early fall--so late Sept to first frost. My mother grew it in her garden in Fairfax and she would have it then. Sometimes past first frost because it is pretty hardy stuff.
