squeeze bottle noodles

I recently saw a recipe for making noodles by mixing flour-water-eggs and putting the mixture in a squeeze bottle, squeezing a narrow stream in a circular pattern directly into a hot pan, and, voila!! a mound of soft noodles. There wasn't much to the recipe, but the illustrations showing the technique were pretty good, and I'd like to find it again because I don't trust my memory. Has anyone seen this? I want to use the noodles under a chicken paprikash I"m making tonight. Thanks

Your post had be curious, so I googled "squeeze bottle noodles" and came up with this recipe: http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1726,...

In addition to spaetzle, you could make Gnocchi Parisienne with ziplock bags or piping bag.

Let us know how it works out.

Don't know the recipe you're referring to, but I do spatzle kinda the same way, using a ziplock bag with a corner cut of. "Pipe" into boiling salted water, very fast and easy.
