Tempura Brownies

Does anyone have a recipe to make Tempura Brownies?

I don't have a recipe, either, but deep-fried Oreos TASTE just like brownie on the inside if you wanna give those a fry while you're at it!

I don't, but just think of them as deep-fried battered anything. Make the brownies and cut them into smallish squares. Freeze them. Prepare the batter (there's tons of recipes out there) and deep-fry to a golden brown.
