Suggestions for restaurant near SF Apple Store (One Stockton)

I'm going to be with a group of people this Saturday night at the flagship Apple Store this Saturday night. Any good/comfortable restaurants within walking distance (Stockton/O'Farrell)?

Thanks all. I'm not sure how big a group. I'm giving an iPad painting demonstration at the Apple Store on Saturday night. A lot of people are coming but I don't know how many might want to get dinner afterwards. These are great suggestions.

I missed that it was Saturday night. A restaurant where you could walk in with a group without a reservation ... Belden might be your best bet, since there are so many places right there.

        That sounds fun.

Tropisueño might work for a combination of drinks and food. It's on the same pedestrian walkthrough as Amber India.

B next to Samovar is also good for drinks and snacks. I think Samovar closes early (6:30 or so).

Nope - Samovar is now open 'till 9:00 p.m. for dinner...

Might be a good idea to call Samovar before heading over. It might not be too busy due to its out-of-the-way location on the terrace above the Yerba Buena Center fountain.

I would head to Samovar in Yerba Buena gardens.

As pamf says, there are lots of restaurants near there. We had a very nice dining experience at the newly opened Bluestem Brasserie, on Yerba Buena Lane just off Market and Fourth Street. If the weather is good, there is nice outdoor seating on the second level overlooking Market Street.

That is in the Union Square neighborhood, so if you search this board for Union Square you will find lots of suggestions.

It would also help to know how large a group, what type of cuisine and what budget you are looking for.

My own first thought for a good/comfortable restaurant in that area would be Cafe Claude.

You should also search for Belden Place, it is a short pedestrian only side street lined with several restaurants with outside tables.
