Best gin martini in Las Vegas

Maybe not food related but I'm looking for the best gin martini in Las Vegas. Straight up and Xdry.
I used to get a good one at the Eiffel Tower Room but the last couple of visits, not so great.
Where can I get the best and biggest in Las Vegas?

You should check out Herbs and Rye, just off the Strip. They have an AMAZING drink menu that focuses on cocktails through the decades, but their bartender/mixologist is so good that I bet he also makes a mean gin martini! I'm also thinking shamu613 has a good idea with Oscar Goodman's new steakhouse at the Plaza. Funky view there, too.

      Oscar Goodman's house.

Maybe even his new restaurant at the Plaza?

Olive's in the Bellagio hotel, or if you think you'd enjoy a bleu-cheese stuffed olive in your martini, Red Square in the Mandalay Bay.
