No more expensive than Le Cirque

We went to Vegas last year and really loved Le Cirque, but it was at the upper end of what we can afford. Anything other memorable restaurants for around the same price (or slightly lower)? Type of cuisine does not matter. We are going in November for our 20 year anniversary. Thanks.

Can you be a bit more specific? There are so many good/great restaurants in Las Vegas that most Hounds would not know where to start in providing suggestions other than giving you a laundry list of LV's best.

From a price standpoint I'm curious if they got the food and wine tastings from Le Cirque.

We did not do the pairings. We had a bottle which was paid for by a friend ( birthday gift). I think we spent about 250 for two but that only included one bar drink each. We can go up to 300 per couple including wine. Interested in anything except a steakhouse or strictly sushi. Thanks in advance.

Id try Sage. Tasting menu was really good.
Pair it with the wine and you have a fun night.
