Recommend a good vegan organic chocolate couverture?

I'm looking for something to make cake pops with that will cover them in a thin coating, and temper easily to make a nice "snap." It has to be vegan, and I would like it to be organic or from a very reputable single-origin supplier. Any thoughts? I know this is a toughie...

It is not single origin but I always use Ghiardelli when I do vegan baking and it is delicious.

(depending on how strict folks are regarding refined sugar) ghiardelli isn't vegan.

Maybe? What do I know, I'm a devout carnivore?

Thanks ChiliDude, I should have clarified though: I need a dark chocolate, not a "milk" chocolate. This product is like a vegan version of a Hershey bar (probably delicious, but not right for my truffles)
