Everest Cost & Format Questions
I am having a hard time finding the cost of a meal at Everest; the prices are not on their website or other sites I searched. From reading some reviews it seems that they have (or at least used to have) a three and four course Prix Fixe option. Does this still exist and if so what is the cost? Are there several items to choose from for each course or is the selection limited? Thanks for any responses.

Their website shows three and four course prix fixe menus, a seven-course tasting menu, and a pre-theater menu. They also have a seven-course vegetarian tasting menu available. There are various choices for the prix fixe menus. The pre-theater menu is only available for 5:00/5:30 seatings, and is a fixed three-course menu (no choices for individual dishes). The pre-theater menu was $50 last time I checked, and that's been rather well-known around town so I doubt it has changed much from that figure.
It's been a couple of years since I ate there, but at the time, it was significantly less expensive than the other high-end restaurants in town, especially if you go for one of the prix fixe menus (and, of course, the pre-theater option).
